In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure. You will use industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence to plan, track, and report on project progress. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and vendor partners, to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with a focus on Data Center operations.
• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or ITIL are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
