📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and resolve delinquent accounts through professional field visits and effective communication.
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with borrowers to ensure timely payments.
• Document all interactions and updates in the Dipo CRM system.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and provide regular updates to the collections team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers to foster trust and cooperation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Provide regular reports on collections activities and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving collections targets and resolving delinquent accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Dipo CRM or similar collections management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
