As a Field Sales Executive at Instalimb Solutions Philippines Inc., you will be based in Bali and will have the chance to work in some of the most vibrant and diverse locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. This role offers a unique blend of travel and work, allowing you to explore the beauty of Bali while building a successful career in sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
