📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-line IT support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT security measures.
- Document and maintain IT assets and inventory.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Proficiency in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Helpdesk systems.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Knowledge of network protocols and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
