📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of all building systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of maintenance plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Certification in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with building management software, such as FM:pro or ServiceTitan.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
