Daily Baguette is more than just a café; it’s a community hub where people come to relax, work, and connect. As a Barista, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave. You’ll be responsible for brewing coffee using our state-of-the-art espresso machines, such as the La Marzocco and the Rocket, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brewing and serving high-quality coffee using our La Marzocco and Rocket espresso machines
• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more
• Engaging with customers to understand their preferences and provide a personalized experience
• Maintaining a clean and organized café environment, including cleaning espresso machines and equipment
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborating with the café manager and team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft
• Promoting our café’s products and services to customers and encouraging repeat visits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and other specialty coffee preparations
• Certification as a Q Grader (QCSA) or similar coffee qualification is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
