📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement buying strategies and plans to meet business objectives.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for money.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the procurement process.,Lead and mentor the buying team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Analyze and report on buying performance and trends to inform decision-making.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.,Participate in strategic planning and business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of success in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of the retail and consumer products industry, including market trends and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
