📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement machine learning models to improve Airbnb's platform and services,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions,Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of machine learning models,Optimize existing machine learning models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to our products,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team,Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for machine learning within the company,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field,5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering,Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language,Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn,Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure,Experience with data processing and analysis tools like SQL, Hadoop, or Spark,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and teamwork skills
