📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and experiments with precision and accuracy.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Developing and implementing new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Supervising junior lab technicians and providing guidance and training.,Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the laboratory.,Analyzing and interpreting test results to support research and development activities.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and compliance (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
