Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury retail or tourism industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus
