PT Mandiri Dwi is looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries, and supporting sales activities. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service.,Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Support sales activities such as data entry, market research, and competitor analysis.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Provide training and support to new sales representatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
