As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.,Schedule appointments and manage guest reservations.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
