CV Pilar Bukit is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. This is a remote position based in Canggu, Bali. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Managing user accounts and access permissions.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems.
• Assisting with network and server maintenance.
• Providing training and documentation to users.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of network and server administration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
