📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports to the finance department.,Ensure all cash handling procedures comply with company policies and regulations.,Monitor cash levels and ensure adequate cash reserves are maintained.,Conduct cash reconciliations to identify any discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting documents.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksXeroSAP).Knowledge of cash management and banking procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective time management and organizational skills.Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
