📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Manage logistics and inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery of products.,Oversee staff scheduling and ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their roles.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Provide leadership and support to the operations team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the operations management field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Experience in managing logistics and inventory is a plus.
