As a Legal Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the legal and regulatory compliance of our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting legal documents, ensuring adherence to healthcare laws and regulations, and providing legal support to the management team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and interpret legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to healthcare laws and regulations.
• Provide legal support to the management team on various legal matters.
• Maintain and update the legal database and records.
• Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and issues.
• Stay updated with the latest healthcare laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the legal integrity of the healthcare facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance and regulatory affairs in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Valid legal practice certificate or equivalent.
