📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective educational programs.,Mentor and guide a team of tutors to ensure high standards of teaching.,Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure student progress.,Collaborate with educational stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.,Provide constructive feedback to tutors and students to foster continuous improvement.,Manage and maintain educational resources and materials.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of educational policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of educational theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Experience in curriculum development and program design.,Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
