📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns.,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.,Maintain and update maintenance records and schedules.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years as a lead technician.,Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.,Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
