One Town Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our clinic's cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily cashiering operations of the clinic.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Maintain and update financial records, including invoices and receipts.,Handle cash deposits and reconcile bank statements.,Train and mentor junior cashiers and staff on cash handling procedures.,Oversee the inventory of cash and supplies, and place orders when necessary.,Resolve any cash discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or a related financial role.,Proven experience in managing cash handling and financial transactions.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with insurance claims processing is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
