📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of procurement meetings and events.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
