📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to achieve store targets and objectives.,Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
