• Manage a portfolio of complex contracts, including negotiation, drafting, and execution.
• Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
• Lead a team of contract managers and provide guidance and support for their professional development.
• Collaborate with senior management to align contract management strategies with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of contract documentation and reporting.
• Represent PT Global Resource Solutions in contract-related negotiations and disputes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, with a proven track record of success in high-stakes environments.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using contract management software such as ContractWorks, Ariba, or similar.
• Certification in contract management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
