📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor branch staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the banking industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with banking software such as Core Banking System, CRM systems, and financial reporting tools.
