📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.,Support the marketing team in creating and managing marketing campaigns.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Assist in managing the company's social media presence and engaging with the audience.,Provide support in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Canva.,Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for engagement.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
