Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.,Manage a team of site supervisors and workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the best of their abilities.,Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.,Monitor progress against the project schedule and budget, and take corrective action as necessary to keep the project on track.,Coordinate with other project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure that all parties are working towards the same goals.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the site is a safe place for workers and visitors.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project team and stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficient in using construction management software and tools.,Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.🛠️ Keahlian
