📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.,Maintain and update inventory records using warehouse management systems.,Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels.,Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for improvement.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff on best practices and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company and industry inventory management standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
