DRIFT Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Samarinda. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food, beverage, and staffing.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
