PT Indah Mitra is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Finance professional to join our team in Cempaka Putih. This is an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and a passion for detail. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 6.000.000 to Rp 10.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.,Handle vendor payments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
